I bring a breadth of food knowledge, a hearty work ethic, and a very high gluten tolerance to my writing and engagement on digital platforms. My years thus far have been shared between Charleston, South Carolina and my hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In a past life, I co-owned a bakery, starting my mornings at dawn and returning home covered in flour and coffee grounds. This said, I know firsthand the grit it takes to push a movement and a concept forward and strive to put my whole self behind the ideas I believe in.
